Qigong Classes Ongoing - Tuesday Nights

Medical Qigong

This course unifies the holistic therapies of Classical Chinese Medicine Fundamentals, Medical Qigong and Acupressure. Some of the program's elements are: Qi cultivation and mastery; Pulse diagnosis; Five Element energetics; Meridian pathway and point energetics; Spirit of the points and Qi emission.
